Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached, and include a copy of your original packing slip.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
